A teacher, not a chatbot

Building a 1:1 teacher means making real-time teaching decisions about a specific child, in under a second, on every turn. That's not a product you build by wrapping an LLM in a prompt. It requires a custom, low-latency AI stack, from child-specific speech perception to a hierarchical teaching agent, to expressive speech generation. We built it that way because the alternative of stitching together off-the-shelf components optimized for adults can't actually teach a child.
